Overview

The Greater Yellowstone Trumpeter Swan Working Group formed to bring attention to trumpeter swans on federal land and to coordinate monitoring, annual surveys, and habitat management and restoration objectives and implementation.   

The Working Group consists of state fish and wildlife departments for Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and federal land managers working together to maintain and restore trumpeter swans in the Greater Yellowstone.
